Our open accounts are set on a 30-day basis.  In the event that your company does not have an account with us please fax a note on company letterhead with your request.  Your request should include needed billing and shipping information, 3 client references, as well as a point of contact.  Without an open account, lab items will be COD, prepay or your project can be paid via Visa, MasterCard or PayPal (sent to MKJ@AerialPhotoLab.com).  If your company is in need of terms longer then 30 days please notify us on each individual project.  Like your company we are a small developing company and your part is vital. 

Shipping:

When at all possible our preference is UPS for shipments.  In order to cut our shipping costs and thus your final bill please let us know your shipping UPS account number and your preferred method of return shipping.  We also can ship by Airborne or Fed-X with your account number as well.  This will greatly reduce our out of pocket expenses and helps us to retain high quality and better service by allowing those funds to purchase equipment and materials rather then be sent to UPS prior to payment being received.  We are currently considering utilizing FedEx as our major shipping system due to the continual changes of UPS additional fuel tax fees.  If their fees reduce our shipping costs substantially then we may finalize a change to their services.
